Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School

Dr. Stickgold is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and Director of the Center for Sleep and Cognition. His research focuses on the nature of cognition during sleep. Dr. Stickgold is published in over 100 scientific publications, including Science, Nature, and Nature Neuroscience. His work has been written up in Time, Newsweek, The New York Times, The Boston Globe Magazine, and Seed magazine. Dr. Stickgold has been an invaluable contributor to Remrise’s research efforts.

Dr. Hanh Le
Senior Director of Medical Affairs at Healthline

After years of clinical practice, where she helped hundreds of patients improve their sleep, Dr. Le transitioned from clinical medicine to healthcare technology via her work at Epocrates. There she developed clinical news products including an EHR, secure messaging products, and clinical decision support tools for healthcare systems. At Healthline, she leverages her clinical experience to create high-quality, engaging content that uphold the highest medical integrity. Dr. Le has helped Remrise evaluate and select the optimal Western ingredients for our formulation.

Dr. Jamie Zeitzer
Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University

Dr. Jamie Zeitzer is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University and a Health Science Specialist at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Dr. Zeitzer has conducted studies on sleep and circadian rhythms for more than 20 years and has more than 100 publications. His current work focuses on the impact of lighting on human health, as well as interventions targeted at improving sleep in the real world.

Dr. Mia Zaharna, MD, MPH completed a residency in Adult Psychiatry at The Cleveland Clinic followed by a fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Stanford. Dr. Zaharna has been practicing Sleep Medicine in Silicon Valley for the past 10 years. She has a particular focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. She has multiple publications in the fields of Sleep Medicine and Psychiatry.
