Why sleep

Without sleep, everything feels more difficult. We’re about getting you the rest you need, without the side effects.

OUR APPROACH

A more sustainable remedy for rest.

The solution

Solving sleep isn't an overnight fix.

We got frustrated with sleep 'aids' that put you to sleep, but leave you lethargic the next day. Our approach: find out why you can't sleep, then recommend a formula designed to treat the underlying reasons.

Natural wonders

What does 'natural' mean, anyway? For us, it means sourcing only the most pristine, top-of-their-class herbs, from partners who test rigorously for safety and quality.

Our Sleep Story

I've struggled with sleep for years. I tried many over-the-counter sleep aids, which left me feeling terrible the next day.

After trying dozens of products, I started experimenting with my own natural plant-based formulas, and discovered they helped me get the quality, restorative sleep I’d been missing. My sleep tracker showed dramatically improved REM. That was just the beginning.

My own experience inspired me to start a company devoted to solving sleep. Our goal: create an effective natural sleep aid option that gives people a better option than prescription or over-the-counter sleep aids.

For the past year, with our stellar team of advisors and traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, we've worked tirelessly to create formulations crafted from Eastern and Western ingredients to address specific sleep issues. My hope is that these personalized formulas will help you sleep well tonight—and transform your sleep over time.
